Writing Intern
Kyle is a sophomore majoring in Plant and Microbial Biology. He is from a suburb of Prior Lake, MN and has been with the Science Communications Lab as a writing intern since September 2019. When he isn’t writing, he is playing the euphonium for the North Star Campus Band or spending time with his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi. His interests areas in science include biotechnology, microbiology, ecology, and scientific policy. Kyle hopes to one day work as a scientific advisor to a politician or group, but is also open to earning a PhD and conducting research on how to use microbes to improve the world.
